Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the ancient science of breath, angles, mudra, mantra and meditation which enables us to heal, strengthen and relax, and which puts us in tune with the energy field of the Universe.
It is important to understand that Kundalini Yoga is not just another self-improvement technique. In fact, Kundalini Yoga is not a practice Drawing of Yogi Bhajanof self-improvement at all. It is a practice of self-acceptance, which is a very different thing.
The diligent practice of Kundalini Yoga helps us to remember who we truly are, and doing yoga, even on the smallest level in a committed way, can create great changes in our lives. Having a regular yoga practice enables us to support the other healing modalities in our lives so that we can take the necessary steps towards wholeness and growth.
It is in taking those steps that we are helped to realize the interconnectedness of all things as a result of the strength and nurturance, the grace and beauty that this practice brings to us.
